DHL is a massive courier that specialises in everything from standard mail letters, to express weekend parcels and freight deliveries. Due to the sheer size of the company and it can sometimes be difficult to get in touch with the correct department when wanting to make a complaint or discuss as issue.
You can contact them directly on Facebook and they should direct you to the correct method of contact, this can be done publicly on their wall or via messenger.
